How to play Sven Co-op with friends/ How to join friends.

Joining friends in Sven Co-op is really simple, In this guide i'll show you how to join your friends without having to do complicated Port Forwarding.

1.) First thing you need to do is find out your friend's SteamID luckily there is a website which can do this for you -> https://steamid.xyz/

2.) Once you've done this open Sven Co-op. The next step is to setup a match/server.

3.) Setting up a match; make sure to tick the Lan option off (You should only use the Lan option when playing with friends on the same IP/Wifi.) Next make sure the server is set to your nearest region - for example i'm in the U.K so I would pick Europe. (Optional) If you don't want anyone joining your game make sure to set a password.

4.) Once you've setup a server following the steps above your friend needs to open the console - this can be done by pressing the tilde key, the one below the ESC key. He needs to type Connect (SteamID) to join your game.

This doesn't really work for me, We've tried the steps but every time they connect, it takes forever, and no bars go up to signify that its doing anything.

Choose the map "-SP_Campaign_Portal", It contains Half Life, Blue Shift, and Opposing Force.

thanks but i wanna play the original campaign for half life with friends and there are a billion map options what do i pick?
