I did find a really simple strategy for avoiding the Skinned in the kitchen area though. If you stand in the doorway on the main corridor for about 20 seconds after the jumpscare, you’ll hear him moving around through the wall to the left and you’re more than safe to run down the hallway into the first room dead ahead of you. If you wait there for another 20 seconds you’ll hear him making his way back towards the doorway you just entered, and if you wait until he’s just about to enter and run into the adjoining room, you can then just keep hugging the right wall and sprint straight to the kitchen; by the time you’re there he’ll be too far behind to do anything about it.
Use BOTH radios (nothing else matters):
= SWAT ending
Skip one/both radios, don't collect all notes AND/OR don't feed the skinned
= Betrayal ending
Skip one/both radios, collect all notes AND feed the skinned
= Escape ending
