Dust 2 T-side Awp pick middle tips.

This is a guide to help people get a faster reaction time on De_dust 2 mid pick with an awp on T side.

T-side AWP Middle pick.

This isn't going to be much of a guide, but I feel like it will help lower tier players on getting that nasty mid pick through double doors to show off for your friends and also take down an enemy. (This will not work every time; but almost.)


So there is 2 minutes to a round. If you get a good spawn to look straight down mid this will benefit you. If a ct is spawned close to mid it will take them 3 seconds to cross double doors. So from 2:00 to 1:57. This is assuming that he doesn't delay at all. From a b side spawn through mid it will take them roughly 4-5 seconds to cross double doors. So from 2:00 to 1:56 - 1:55.

Now that we have the timing down, we have to account for where they will be running through. I like to picture someone standing right next to the door and aim a little bit over his head. This way it's a leg / body shot depending on the position of who is crossing. If you don't kill them, a leg shot will do enough to have them finished off quick later in the round.

To give yourself some leeway if you're not 100% confident that you can get this pick through the holes in double doors, you will want to aim through the left side door and delay your AWP shot a split second from when you see them cross the hole. This should almost guarantee you a 100% hit.


This is just an alternative to having an extremely fast reaction time. This will not always work 100% of the time, but it will help you be able to react faster on this very hard shot and hopefully help you stomp your enemies!

You need 190ms reaction time, which can easily be made if you're a little bit above average. For all those silver snails out there, well... aim at left side doors, I guess
