Chain drive/ Chain feeder

Description
Trying to make a chain drive system, my idea is for making anchors for larger ship instead of the usual winch system. but I'm sure there are many other things it could be used for

This is a WIP and WILL change, it does currently work and feed out the (Ugly looking) chain and sometimes pulls it back in, it probably would always pull it in easily if there was nothing underneath it.

To see how it works just spawn it and push the throttle lever to it's max.

Open to any suggestions on it, feel free to use it, credits would be appreciated
