When I grab a laser sight for any weapons, it also makes a anime "WOW!" sound

Oh, nevermind, I just moved the VIP to the addons folder and rebuilt audio cache. Now it works perfectly! Sorry for the inconvenience.

Ps; you should add an addoninfo.txt file so the mod shows up in the addons list

Try typing 'snd_rebuildaudiocache' in console
If that doesn't work you can try verifying your files then resub
