This Guides purpose is to help people out on how to make purchased Subscriptons & Cartel Coins work via Steam.

How it works

For the Subscripton/Cartel Coins to work you will have to Link your Steam Account to your Swtor Account otherwise the Sub/CC will not go through as both Plattforms have no way of communicating with each other.

Linking your Swtor to your Steam Account

Go to the Swtor[www.swtor.com] website

Click on your name in the top right corner > My Account
It will ask you to log in again


Click on Steam Unlink[account.swtor.com]

If you are already connected to steam and it doesnt show up, just reload the page and it should show your Steam Profile Picture and Name.

Once you have done this, I recommend installing Swtor via the Steam Store page and running it atleast once! Log into one of your characters and then close it again.

Purchasing Cartel Coins and Subscriptons should now work and go through without Problems!

Very good game, But it is always the same thing on quests with every character. What happen to all the other races. Star wars universe is huge and so many other types of jobs. I would love to play a character like yoda or greedo or wookies or plo koon. this game needs to improve to be apart of the universe. Please update and make star wars a better experience for everyone.

so i sub and i have 8 characters do i need at least one of them to play fallen empire and if unsub a month and half do i get to play fallen empire still? and can my other characters have it too?
