Viewing Population + Available Manpower

So I see many people asking how to view the exact population stats like you could in previous Total Wars, and more specifically to ATILLA, viewing available Manpower.
After finding no answers, I've decided to make this quick and simple guide myself.

Step by Step

• click on the settlement you want to view
  
  
• go to the bottom left corner, under "Province Effects".

  ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
  
  
• you will see 4 green emblems. hover over the 2nd from the right. (it looks like 3 people)
  
  
• while hovering, a table with additional information will pop up.

• left-click while hovering to cycle the multiple tables available, until you find the information you are after.

Too bad these things mean nothing in this game. Cause I have yet to encounter a "you don't have enough manpower for this" even in places I just captured or razed.
