I've only quested etc to get to a higher level, but if you want to grind, here is good guide with lots of informations about that: https://alcasthq.com/eso-grind-guide/

@raptorz, yes, i mean all of that. i feel like i'm stuck leveling when everyone else is already at max level. I played around 100 hours of leveling and so i'm tired of that. i heard there are farming spots where you just grind levels? i think i spend more time buying stuff in the crown store than actually playing the game 😁

There are sets which drop in a specific area, for example Green Pact in Grahtwood.
Here is a good side where you can see all the sets and where to get them: https://eso-sets.com/set/green-pact .

And for your question... it's kinda like that...so if you finish an quest in Grahtwood and earn a pice of armor, it will be from the 2-3 sets droping in that location.

On top of that you can craft your own armor if you skilled crafting enough.

I hope that helps you.

And to the first question...what do u mean with "cap"? level 50 where you start to get CP, level 160 where you reached max armor level or 810 where you are on max CP?^^
