Report a translation problem
I've uploaded a version that works as an extra choice rather than acting as a replacer. Normally I would require the original mod as a dependency and exclude the original art, but it is not possible because of how Stellaris links cities to graphical cultures based on filenames. Using both mods would result in two copies of the warm cities and none of the original cool cities.
