Did you know that a level 5 rice paddy for Cao Cao provides 15% replenishment faction wide?

That means just 3 max level rice paddies almost brings you to the replenishment cap faction wide - which essentially makes most forms of replenishment buff pointless - in fact, it makes the whole mechanic of replenishment forgettable because it is so easy to max out.


As such, I changed the scope of rice paddy replenishment to province wide, like their grain counterparts, which should drastically increase the time it takes to make replenishment a mechanic you forget about.

Rice paddies are still stronger, by virtue of their wonderfully defensible maps!
