Elvernhus - A modest starter home (Beta)

This small, cozy home just outside Riverwood is a perfect spot for a beginning adventurer. With a double bed, plenty of storage, and a few bookshelves, it's in an ideal location near the centre of the province, right on a main road, and close to a town with convenient amenities.

However, it's not yours.

Some weeks ago, the elderly Altmer who'd lived in this home for the last fifty years had been feeling the shift in local attitudes toward his kind in Skyrim - and fearing the growing violence, had decided to sell their home and move back to Summerset. When a younger Dunmer moved into the home, it was assumed that this was exactly what had happened. The dark elf was a friendly sort, a hunter who liked to trap rabbits and pheasants up around the forboding barrow on the top of the nearby mountain... few Nords wanted to go near that place, so nobody followed him, or really cared what he was doing up there.

Perhaps he wasn't just hunting. Perhaps you'll find out the truth if you go investigate the barrow.

This house is intended for new characters. If you have already completed the Bleak Falls Barrow quest and killed Arvel, I do not know how you'd be able to acquire the key.

If anyone has any experience with that kind of modding, perhaps you could help me out.
