Chapter 6 or later (access to Duelling Hall)

SPARKLY GEM #10 - THE ALLCAT (Past the Allcat in the basement under Duelling Hall. To get there you need one character with at least 100 power to lift the stones in Dueling Hall)

Got rare gem 3 without going to the screen where Bea is or triggering the cinematic in front of the dorms. Did however trigger the flashback scene in the south end of the schoolyard.

I'm trying to get to shiny gem #8, but I don't know how to get to the chests.

Cat doors: you need the AllKey to open them. The Allkey is in the Gem Trader chest that requires you to have all 10 Sparkly Gems.
