Enemies Get Preparation

Description
All enemy units get the "Preparation" ability given to them.

-= EXCEPTIONS =-

Not awarded to :
- Turrets
- Berserkers
- Andromedon Robots
- Cocoons
- Psi Zombies of all types.

-= REQUIREMENTS =-
In order to be able to use the ability correctly, my Improved Chimera AI mod is required. Subbing to this mod only will have practically no effect on your game, unless you mind control your opponent or on VIPs.

If you have my AI installed, enemies will first check if they can use Preparation. If this is not available (cooling down for example) then the unit will check if it can Hunker Down.

Improved Chimera AI will also eventually check if the unit is burning and try to extinguish the fire if it is not dangerous to do so.

-= VALUES =-
The bonus they get is the same as yours, so if you mod your own Preparation bonus (like if you are subbed to my Campaign Tweaks for example) then the bonus they get will also be the modded bonus.

By default without mods the bonus is :

HUNKERDOWN_DEFENSE=30
HUNKERDOWN_DODGE=50

You can mod this value in the base game yourself if you like, the value is already exposed in INI. If you are subbed to my Campaign Mod, do not change these values yourself.

-= DIFFICULTY MOD =-
This makes the game harder for you, because enemies will act faster and may also elect to use "Preparation" while out of cover. It makes enemies smarter, so it's a welcome change to me.

-= RECOMMENDED MOD =-
It pairs really well with my "XCOM Gets Hunker Down" mod, so it's fair to both sides.

The Psion Fracture also gets Preparation, something it should also have add inherited from Shelter.
