Shinobi III Arcade Mode

Descripción
A new challenge that sets the maximum health to 1 to emulate the more arcade styled Shinobi games with one-hit deaths.

Maximum HP set to 1 on each difficulty.
Starting ninjitsu set to 0 for an additional challenge and to encourage new routing.
Difficulty option has been changed to how many lives to start with.
Less annoying alarm in the Round 2 elevator section.
Easter egg text changes.
