King of Israel - Embrace Hebrew culture

Description
-Allows the king of Israel to unite his realm under Hebrew culture.
-Adds a decision available to Jewish characters which converts them to Hebrew culture. The requirements are either to be the king and full controller of Israel with a learning of at least 25 or be a Jewish vassal of a Hebrew liege or top liege.
-The reviver of Hebrew gets the unique "the Hebrew" nickname (if you don't see this effect it's because your character already has a nickname).
-Any ruler that uses the decision also converts any courtiers of either their faith or dynasty, and any county in their domain of their faith.



Now gives a tech boost to Hebrew culture.
Expanded AI for vassals adopting Hebrew culture.

When the next patch comes, which will overhaul cultures, it may take a while for the mod to be patched accordingly.

Upcoming features:
-More Hebrew flavor (names, titles, events).
-Cultural tech beyond tribal era.
-Actual Hebrew language localization (maybe).
-Open to suggestions

I was actually thinking of allowing Hebrew to be influenced by the reformerxs culture, so it could make a difference if you're say arab or ethiopian, or even norse.

@Iconoclast I was imagining it could make the Ashkenazi and Sephardi cultures have diverged from Hebrew culture (or maybe make them hybrid cultures with Hebrew and German and then Hebrew and Spanish, respectively?) and then keep it that the Hebrew culture can be obtained via decision same as how the Roman one can?

Yes, sorry, I've been dragging my feet when it comes to that, struggling to figure out what the mod should even be now.

I see. Thanks for the feedback in that case. I don't think there's a fix except copying the culture data into the savefile.

I don't think it is. The decision was visible, but when I did it, nothing happened except for the fact that I had to wait until that ruler died to convert to a different local culture.
