CS Weapons Upgrade V3.1

This mod strengthens the CS weapons and pays attention to balance.V3 has modified other attributes of the weapon to maintain balance.
(The following is a list of the modified values and a description of the changes)
MP5:
Damage:24 -> 27
SpreadPerShot:0.35 -> 0.4
MinDuckingSpread:0.75 -> 0.85
MinStandingSpread:1.1 -> 1.2
(MP5 have the same accuracy as MAC10 but have higher single-shot damage.However,MAC10 have more damage in a short time due to faster rate of fire than MP5)

SCOUT:
Damage:90 -> 182
MaxMovementSpread:3 -> 2.5
(SCOUT have less damage than AWP,but have better accuracy and more bullets)

SG552:
Damage:33 -> 42
SpreadPerShot:0.75 -> 1.6
SpreadDecay:5 -> 7
MinDuckingSpread:0.05 -> 0.5
MinStandingSpread:0.4 -> 1
MinInAirSpread:1.5 -> 3
MaxMovementSpread:5 -> 6
(SG552 have the same accuracy as AK47,but have more damage in a short time due to faster rate of fire.However,SG552 full magazine damage is lower than AK47)

AWP:
Damage:115 -> 329
MinDuckingSpread:0 -> 0.05
MinStandingSpread:0.1 -> 0.3
MaxMovementSpread:3 -> 5
bullet quantity:20/180 -> 10/150
(AWP have strong damage but have significantly inferior to SCOUT in terms of accuracy and bullet size)

Since these weapons are no longer used as hidden weapons in the update,this mod can theoretically be used with other mod(If they don't come with scripts).
