Armenian Can Into Byzantine (for Ante Bellum)

A mod that buffs the Byzantine culture group. This will ONLY WORK if you have Ante Bellum installed as well. ( https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1908400374 ) I hope.

Culture stuff changed:
Armenian is now part of the Byzantine group.
Georgian is now part of the Byzantine group.
Roman is now part of the Byzantine group.
New Coptic culture present in 1444 in Egypt.
New Cappadocian culture present in 1444 in Anatolia.
### New Assyrian culture present in 1444 in Mashriq. DEPRECATED WITH AB 1.8
New Grikoi culture spawnable by descicion.
New Phoenician culture spawnable by descicion takeable by Nicea and Byz.
New Dacian culture spawnable by event.
Albanian culture can rebrand itself as Illyrian culture via event.
Roman culture can spawn in Rome via event.

How to trigger the events:

- Illyrian spawn: Be byz, own all of Albania, Zeta, Kotor and Kosovo, and have all these provinces be Albanian culture.
- Roman spawn: Be byz, own all of Central Italy, and have Rome be orthodox. [20 years mean wait time]
- Dacian spawn: Be byz, own all Wallachian culture zones, and have them be orthodox. [20 years mean wait time]
- Bonus event: If you are byz and no part of Anatolia is the old turkish culture you get some development in Constantinople and stability because idunno

Not Ironman compatible obviously.
