Remove Child Cap

Description
As of upload, the hard cap on the number of children is approximately fifteen, depending on a variety of factors.

This mod removes said limit. Theoretically, if one lives long enough and holds on to a high enough fertility value, any character, Player or not, would be able to sire unlimited children.

Slowdowns may occur while using this mod.

This is not achievement compatible.

Edits a few lines in the 00_defines.txt file. Should be compatible with most, if not all, mods, as long as this is at the bottom of your load order.

Sister mod to Remove Child Cap (For Players). Only enable one of these mods at a time.

i am 80% sure your mod is not working. got 5 kids and my male fertility is 0. pretty sure that dosn't happend unless the child cap kicks in. i also got the vampirism and lycanthropy mod on, so it might be that one fucking with it.

Should still be functional after the lastest update. Please do inform me if this is not the case.

@Zalthor, I have retested as per your suggestion, I ran your mod below Higher Mortality in the load order but it didnt seem to work, I suspect there may be something in Higher Mortality which is maybe clashing. I also tested the Fertility Improved mod and that does work when RCC is below it in the load order. Its just HM which seems to have an issue. But anyways. Its not a huge problem. Thanks again for your hard work.

@zalthor ill give it a try this weekend. Thanks

Ferox, did you try putting this mod below those mods? Mods overwrite the ones above them, so perhaps the Higher Mortality and Fertility Improved mod overwrite my changes?
