HUGE UPDATE. I cleaned up a majority of the codebase and fixed quite a few bugs. Importantly, the "stuttering" bug should now be fixed.

Description
Mod based on GabrielM's "Descent Fantasy Setup" mod with lots of inspiration from drod's "Star Wars: Imperial Assault 3D" mod, I fixed a bunch of bugs, changed the HP bars with Kijan's HP bar writer code, and added a ton of new assets and features.

This includes all cards through Lost Legends. All figures have been created, including temporary figures for CK heroes. I'm working on getting my photogrammetry setup configured to get the real CK hero figures in game.

Many game variants and game modes are also included here (including 67 custom classes), and more will be added. Explore the chests thoroughly for various options.

To Do List
  • HP Bar UI
  • Quest Maps (most of these are broken)
  • Models (get the real CK models in, and eventually replace all models with painted ones)

Loving this mod, great work. I really like the floating panels but they go away when reloading. Any way to get them back for groups in play? Also, I wondered why condition tokens above the figures were often white. I found this:

When you open the custom assets manager from the scripting window, you actually edit only the custom assets for Global. When you then use the assets on another object, you will first see only white images. You'd have to time it correctly to use it that way, because assets need to loaded before they can be used on an object UI.

What you should do instead is to put the assets on the objects you need them. When you change the object in the scripting window and then open the custom asset window, you are editing the assets for this particular object. It's very confusing and not obviously that it behaves this way. So add the assets to all objects that need them this way (or via scripting).

@Bergil we looked at this, I'm not sure why you're getting that error but we aren't getting any issues with loading images. Can you share a screenshot or more details on which assets are failing? You can join the Discord if that's easier to share.

Hi Bergil, the mod is not dead, just takes time to make updates. Thank you for reporting that some assets aren't loading properly. I'll investigate.

There's currently no simple way to do that. You could try making a save with 2 minis (one with the HP bar and one without). Then load the mod. Then open scripting. Then copy the script from the mini with the HP bar to the one that needs it.

Thank you, Kisho! Worked perfectly. Any chance i can attach these HP bars and attach status effects to imported non-descent miniatures (i replaced some descent minis)?

Hi Fentis, please right-click on the HP bar and you can change the max HP.

Hi Kisho! First of all, thanks for the great work.
Second - how i can change the HP value for a monster? I.e. Mauler supposed to have +4HP than the usual Ogre, but i cant find a way to change that
