Type in chat /help
Then you can use any you see in the list like /help tide or /help weather /help waves
Then you will see all the commands and what they do.
Example how to lower the water by a lot:
/tide min -100
/tide max -100

You need to lower the minimum tide then lower the maximum tide

Almost all mods only work with the community edition

Doesnt work atall, played with the mod years ago, reinstalled the game, mod + dependencies, tried multiple worlds using the mod, tried commands to raise the level and nothing

There is a diving suit. It allows you to sink and walk around on surface.
Since your already flying you can also just use the spectator to build

please remove buoyancy from character when in fly mode for under water crafting if you can
