はじめに
本ガイドではチュートリアルで説明されないテクニックについて紹介します。
なお、記載されているテクニックのほとんどはSteam版発売以前にjyuichi氏[minorgame.chips.jp]により発見されたものです。感謝と敬意を表します。
1.超加速現象
機体の速度が160km/hを超過すると、急加速します。
速度は機体の加速力と加速時間に応じて無制限に増加し続けます。


方法
様々な加速要因を組み合わせることで速度160km/hを超過することができます。
代表的な加速要因を示します。
  • 機首上げ
  • ブースト
  • ドリフトブースト
  • ジャンプアクション効果
  • シュータースキル(加速A~C)効果
  • 加速床
速度の高い機体は加速系のジャンプアクションまたはシュータースキルとブーストを組み合わせるだけで条件を満たす場合があります。
ジャンプをせずに条件を満たす方法として、軽量ライドプレートLv2を装備したCuisine2で、ブースト、ドリフトブースト、機首上げを組み合わせる方法があります。

壁の影響
速度が160km/hを超過し急加速している際、機体を完全に直進させることで更なる加速度を得る事ができます。
機首上げを行いながら機体を直進させることは（ゲームパッド操作において）困難なため、長いストレートでは壁に沿って走行する事があります。
2.ドリフト方向反転
ドリフト状態を維持したままドリフトの向きを変える事ができます。
ドリフトゲージを貯めながらクランクやS字を曲がる際に使用されます。

方法
ドリフト中に舵を切りながら機首を壁にぶつけるとドリフト方向が反転します。
上記のgif画像の通り、イン側の壁に衝突しても反転しません。アウト側の壁に衝突する事で反転します。
また、壁への進入角度が大きすぎると反転しないという報告があります。

3.斜めジャンプ
ジャンプ台から左右斜め方向に飛ぶことができます。
主に東京リゾートにおけるジャンプ後の着水位置の調整に使われます。
むしろ間違えて斜め方向に飛んで壁にぶつかってしまった事のあるジェットレーサーも多いのではないでしょうか。


方法
舵を切りながらジャンプ台に進入するだけです。機首の角度に応じて左右への飛距離が変わります。
舵の切れ角が小さいと直進方向に補整されてしまうので、機首下げやドリフトで進入時の角度を稼いでおくと発動しやすいです。

テクニックの事と使い方は分かったけど、結局の所どうやってうまく走るの？

  • 機首下げをたくさん使おう！実際の所、機首下げドリフトが必須のコーナーがたくさんあるぞ！
  • とにかくドリフトしよう！全てのコーナーはEPDゲージとドリフトゲージを貯めるチャンスだ！
  • 本当に何もする事が無い区間では機首上げするように意識しよう。タイムが数秒縮むかも！
  • 上記3つを意識できるようになればもう筆者より速いぞ！
  • ライン取りを考えて走ることができる様になれば、関東河川最速の称号はあなたの近くにあります。
  • 一番大事なのはお気に入りのキャラクターと一緒にジェットレースを楽しむ事です。自分だけの最強チームを組んで自慢しよう！

1.Super Acceleration Factor
When the speed of the vehicle is above 160 km/h, it will accelerate rapidly.
The speed will continue to increase indefinitely depending on the vehicle's acceleration and acceleration time.


How to
By combining various acceleration factors, the speed of 160 km/h can be exceeded.
Typical acceleration factors are listed below.
  • Nose up
  • Boost
  • Drift Boost
  • Jump Action Effect
  • Shooter Skill (Acceleration A~C) Effect
  • Acceleration plate
High speed vehicles can satisfy the requirement simply by combining a jump action effect or shooter skill effect and boost.
One way to get the requirement without jumping is to combine boosting, drift boosting, and nose lift with Cuisine 2 equipped with the Lightweight Ride Plate Lv2.


Effect of the Wall
When accelerating rapidly at speeds above 160km/h, additional acceleration can be gained by keeping the vehicle in a completely straight line.
Since it is difficult (for gamepad controls) to keep the vehicle in a straight line while lifting the nose, the vehicle may run along a wall on long straights.
2.Drift Direction Reverse
Change the direction of the drift while keeping the vehicle drifting.
This is used to turn a crank or an S-curve while reserving the drift gauge.


How to
Hitting the nose against a wall while steering during a drift will
As you can see in the gif image above, hitting the inside wall will not reverse the drift. Hitting the outside wall will invert the drift direction.
It has also been reported that the drift will not reverse if the angle of approach to the wall is too large.

3.Jumping Diagonally
It allows for diagonal jumping from the jump pad.
It is mainly used to adjust the landing position after a jump at Tokyo Resort.
In fact, many jet racers may have hit the wall by mistake in diagonal jumping.


How to
All you have to do is steer the vehicle and enter the jump pad. The flying distance to the left and right depends on the angle of the nose of the jet.
If the rudder angle is small, the vehicle will compensate in the straight direction, so increasing the angle of entry to the jump pad by lowering the nose or drifting will make it easier.
Tips
I know the technique thing and how to use it, but how does it run well?
For those of you wondering what to do, I'd like to share with you some of the tips I've found while playing.
  • Use a lot of nose down! Actually, there's a lot of corners in this game that require nose down drifting!
  • Let's just drift! Every corner is a chance to charge EPD and drift boost gauges!
  • Be sure to keep your nose up on the sections where there's really nothing to do. You might shorten your time by a few seconds!
  • If you can learn to recognize the above three things, you'll be faster than I am!
  • The title of the fastest river in the Kanto region is very close to you if you learn to think about the lines of the course.
  • The most important thing is to enjoy jet racing with your favorite characters. Put together your own unique team and brag about it!
