Spooky Stories and the Nightmares That Come After

Description
A horror-inspired deck-building game where you fill your opponents' decks instead of your own.

You play as young children, spending your recess telling each other ghost stories in an attempt to scare them, thus earning yourself the title of "the bravest."

As the game progresses, you will have to take worsening cards bought by the players and add them to your deck. If the total Fear on the cards you have each turn becomes too high, you are eliminated. If you aren't, then you can use that high Fear value to purchase stronger cards for the other players to take. Each purchase lowers reduces the number of available cards in the Night (buy area), and each pile emptied makes it that much easier to be eliminated.

With 30 terrifying cards to dream about, there are myriad nightmares you can have.

Yes, you can buy a 2, 3, 4, or two 2s - any combination that adds up to a total of 4 (or less).

The rules say "Choose any combination of cards with an equal or lower Cost from the piles in the Night". If I have 4 fear, does that mean I can buy as many of the 2, 3, and 4, cost cards as I want? Or does it mean the total cost of all cards has to be 4 or less (so I could buy two cost 2 cards)?
