Preface
Hello,

This guide is written for those who have trouble to trigger the epilogue mission for the achievement [One for the Ages].

This guide will provide two different methods for you.

One is to show you every in-game requirements to trigger the mission and how to compete it from my own experience. This method is time-consumed but you can experience all the dialogs related to the lore.

The second one method is to modify a single game file. This method is easy and quick, but you will not see the lore dialogs.
Requirements
To unlock the epilogue mission, 3 different types of requirement must be fulfilled.

PersephoneHomeMeeting
After the ending, Persephone return to the underworld and you can have the first conversation with her.

This is unmissable.

Zagreus: "How has it been for you so far, Mother? Reacclimating to all this. You said before it was a struggle. Must be very strange, being back. Being in darkness all the time."

Persephone: "You know, I think it's gone all right so far! Thank you for asking, Son. Everyone has been quite welcoming. The darkness is a pleasant change of pace, and while this dress can be a little difficult to move in... I quite like it."

Zagreus: "That's good to hear. I have to admit I was a little worried you'd be desperate to return to your cottage by now. This place can be a little much."

Persephone: "I'm sure it can. And I do miss my little cottage here and there, but... I think I'm through running away. There may be times when it is necessary, of course. But no matter how far you run, it doesn't make your problems go away. You taught me that, you know."

Zagreus: "I did? But... I tried desperately to run away, myself.... Oh."
HadesAboutOlympianReunionQuest
This dialog require at least 3 runs after the ending.
Hades appears in the garden and talk about the secrets between himself and Zeus.

This is unmissable.

Zagreus: "Father... all this stuff with the Olympians... will you just tell me what's going on, for once? How did Mother come to join you here? What's your problem with Uncle Zeus?"

Hades: "I thought she already told you...! Urgh. Come with me. Now."

Hades: "...Swear to me that you shall never repeat what you are about to hear. Swear it!"

Zagreus: "All right, all right, I swear. I swear, in your own name, I'll keep what you're about to say between us.... So?"

Hades: "So... you had it mostly right, before. After I inherited the Underworld... your Uncle Zeus felt sympathy for me, he says. Your mother, he knew she was unhappy on Olympus. And... he knew I was drawn to her. So what did he do? He brought her here. Gave her to me as a gift!"

Zagreus: "You weren't expecting a gift like that. But she didn't want to return to Olympus, and you liked her, so you didn't send her away. And you're angry with Zeus for putting you in that position? Cut ties with him?"

Hades: "Yes!! The blasted fool, with all his flights of fancy! He does whatever he wants! He could have achieved a similar outcome in a limitless number of reasonable ways... rather than resort to what was tantamount to kidnapping! Even if she wanted to leave!"

Zagreus: "And now if Demeter and the others found all this out, you and Mother... even Zeus would be in a bad spot, wouldn't he? He must have a temper on him to match yours."

Hades: "You know nothing of tempers if mine is your frame of reference, Zagreus. Now, enough of this! You know the rest. Remember your oath."
HadesPostEnding
After ending, talk to Hades.

This is unmissable.

Zagreus: "Greetings, Father. So! I can just... head on out there again whenever I want? Don't need to stick to any rigid schedule?"

Hades: "Your unpredictability is one of your assets. Our defenses must always be on guard. So, yes: Go about your business as you best see fit!"

Zagreus: "And the Olympians are going to keep helping me, thinking I'm trying to get away from you, to them. We can't keep this up with them forever, you know."
DemeterAboutPersephone 1
This dialog only occurs after picking up Demeter's boon.

The easiest way to trigger this dialog is after first meeting with Persephone at Greece.

Demeter: "My foster-brother's wayward son appears! I, too, once lost a child, Zagreus. I was quite foolish with her from the start. Her father was a baseborn farm-boy; worshiped me! He's gone as well, of course. Only the cold remains."
DemeterAboutPersephone 2
This dialog only occurs after picking up Demeter's boon.

The requirements for this dialog are:
  • DemeterAboutPersephone 1 dialog
  • either 3 Heart with Demeter or 4 different dialogs with Persephone in the underworld

Demeter: "My daughter to a base-born farmboy, she... why, little sprout, I wasn't very kind to her, I think. Certainly not once her father passed. It was her mortal blood that made her weak! Born to mortals, taken by mortals, I suspect. So now, they pay."
DemeterAboutPersephone 3
This dialog only occurs after picking up Demeter's boon.

The requirements for this dialog are:
  • DemeterAboutPersephone 2 dialog
  • either 4 Heart with Demeter or 7 different dialogs with Persephone in the underworld

Demeter: "I don't suppose... no, it is nothing, little sprout, it's just... I hear such wicked rumors now and then, about my daughter, lost to me, and what became of her. Kore, we called her, then. Persephone is what she called herself. Before she vanished utterly, leaving no trace...."
DemeterAboutPersephone 4
This dialog only occurs after picking up Demeter's boon.

The requirements for this dialog are:
  • DemeterAboutPersephone 3 dialog
  • either 5 Heart with Demeter or 8 different dialogs with Persephone in the underworld

Demeter: "After my daughter Kore disappeared, I left this mountaintop. Wandered the earth, in search. For naught, of course. It was a necessary journey, I suppose. May yours fare better."
ZeusAboutPersephone 1
This dialog only occurs after picking up Zeus's boon.

The requirements for this dialog are:
  • ZeusAboutDemeter 3 dialog
  • DemeterAboutPersephone 3 dialog
  • 1 Heart with Zeus

Zeus: "Poor Demeter, young man. We still wonder what became of her fair daughter. Ran away with mortals, there, perhaps? Some of the tales, even more preposterous. Don't go believing everything you hear, and do be sensitive about the subject, hm? Demeter, she's been through quite enough."

From my own experience, I believe most people are having trouble with this dialog because of 3 different ZeusAboutDemeter dialogs.

To trigger ZeusAboutDemeter dialogs, you need to pick up a Demeter's boon first and then pick up a Zeus's boon in the same run. As the game engine does not prioritize ZeusAboutDemeter dialogs than ZeusAboutOtherGod dialogs, it is best to just pick up a Demeter's boon in the first map and Zeus's boon in the second map.

My suggestion is to equip Demeter's keepsakes in the beginning of the run and change to Zeus's keepsakes after beating the first boss. You should avoid picking up other god's boon in the first map.

ZeusAboutDemeter 1:
Zeus: "I gather Lady Demeter's already got her frigid hold on you, certainly not the warmest member of the clan, now, is she? But do be patient with her, she's been through a lot."

ZeusAboutDemeter 2:
Zeus: "My good sister Demeter already tried to poison you against me, as I understand, young man? Oh, foster-sister she prefers I say, loath as she is to accept her role as part of our great family." },

ZeusAboutDemeter 3:
Zeus: "You must forgive the Lady Demeter her scornfulness, Nephew, for she is still recovering after the sudden disappearance of her daughter, though it was quite some time ago the girl, poof! Just vanished. I try to lighten up the mood around it every now and then, but no, a sore spot, still!"
ZeusAboutPersephone 2
This dialog only occurs after picking up Zeus's boon.

The requirements for this dialog are:
  • ZeusAboutPersephone 1 dialog
  • DemeterAboutPersephone 4 dialog
  • 5 different dialogs with Persephone in the underworld
  • Do not trigger ZeusAboutPersephone 1 dialog in the last run

Zeus: "The Lady Demeter still prattles on about her missing girl, Zagreus. But I want you to understand something, all right? She's gone. We all have grieved. Perhaps Demeter shall finally accept what has occurred, and we can move forward, having grown stronger as a family."

I had no idea there was so much tedium involved in unlocking the epilogue - for me it seemed to progress almost entirely automatically after I finished the main game, probably because it had taken me SO many tries to do just that! Really comprehensive guide, though, nice job.

Ah, that makes sense, thanks for checking!

@1sot0pe Thanks for giving update, I haven't play the game since I got all the achievement.
I just install the game and check the scripts.
ZeusAboutDemeter03 is the requirement for ZeusAboutDemeter01 and ZeusAboutDemeter02. If you have both ZeusAboutDemeter01 and ZeusAboutDemeter02, I think you already have the ZeusAboutDemeter03 dialog.
Recalling from my memory, there were ("RequiredLootThisRun = "DemeterUpgrade") for ZeusAboutDemeter01 and ZeusAboutDemeter02. But I review the scripts, it was deleted. I think this is reason why you can trigger the dialogs with Zeus alone.

I had another look at LootData.lua this morning and noticed that the ZeusAboutDemeter lines also have "-- intentionally omitted" in them. I don't remember noticing this before and am not sure if it was added in yesterday's patch (the file's modified date was yesterday at the time my game was updated). I wonder if there's something else in the back end other than these scripts that control which ones are active or what triggers from the scripts apply.

There is a line in yesterday's patch notes that says "Minor fixes, changes, and improvements to various narrative events" so maybe this was affected.

It's possible things aren't quite as they appear in the code or things have changed since you wrote the guide.

I take screenshots of dialogue and victory screens so can track down on what runs I got specific pieces of dialogue. I got both ZeusAboutDemeter01 (dialogue with "poison") and ZeusAboutDemeter02 (dialogue with "scornfulness") in runs with Zeus alone. It looks like both of those SHOULD be in response to Demeter being in the same run ("BoonInteractPresentation" in the code) but I know she wasn't present in mine.

As for when this happened - Oct 14 for ZeusAboutDemeter01 and Oct 15 for ZeusAboutDemeter02

I can't track down ZeusAboutDemeter03 dialogue (dialogue with "frigid hold"). I think I must have skipped taking a screenshot of it because it happened much earlier and it appeared to be a throwaway dialogue acknowledgment line.

What are the prerequisits to unlock olympian's last hearts?

Man - Thank you!
You can't imagin how many runs I've made after the end game, hoping to start the epiloque soon - probably five hours of 2-minutes-runs so that I could give nectars etc...never worked (I had all the dialogues too (not sure for Zeus part actually))!
But with this little "cheating" in the game scripts it started after 3 runs - thanks again :cozytf2mug:
