Addition and revise based on lillipa's( https://www.gamemaps.com/details/17546 )
DL all parts of voicepack and uncompress them!
Where are files I have subscribed? In this folder.steamapps\common\Left 4 Dead 2\left4dead2\addons\workshop.
Why I can't find these files in the folder above ? You should launch l4d2 to load these files.
How to uncompress vpk files? DL "GCFScape".
Remember!Remember!After you get voice source,unsubscribe these voicepacks.
Delete the original voice.But I advise you to copy the original voice as a backup.Add the voice you get under the same catalog.
Finally,launch l4d2,open the console(press `) and input"snd_rebuildaudiocache"(without"").Wait,quit and restart.
