Borderlands 2 Font Replacement

Deskripsi
Replace the default fonts with Compacta BT and WillowBody. I recommend you to use it with this Borderlands 2 Survivor & Infected HUD by Mute. It will only work for English language, so make sure you're using English when playing L4D2.

Steps to make it work
1. Download these 2 fonts and install them on your PC (by drag-n-drop them in your C:/Windows/Fonts).
Compacta BT[drive.google.com] for title, HUD, and more.
WillowBody[drive.google.com] for captions.
2. Subscribe this addon.
3. Go to your autoexec.cfg and add these lines:
alias load_fonts "mat_setvideomode 3840 2160 1; mat_setvideomode 3840 2160 0" load_fonts
The string "3840 2160" is your resolution, replace it with your resolution for L4D2. If you don't have this file, create one at Left 4 Dead 2/left4dead2/cfg.
4. Start the game and wait for game to download the file.
5. Go to the your mods folder (addons/workshop) and move the 2240591167.vpk file to the (addons). For some reason it doesn't work inside the workshop folder.
6. Unsubscribe this addon, as its job is done.

Now it should be working and loading automatically every time you start the game.

Extract the whole vpk file, there will be a folder and within are some .res files. Open them with text editor and swap the font names in all those files, repack the entire mod folder to vpk and put it back to your addons folder.

I suggest using a place holder name while doing this, and make a copy of those files in case you mess up.

For some reason it doesn't work inside the workshop folder. I don't know the mechanic behind this, maybe it's the same thing like how music doesn't work inside a .vpk file.

Move the file (2240591167.vpk) directly under the addons folder. If it still doesn't work, it's probably that you didn't install the fonts beforehand.

Had the same issue with crazyboris. It actually worked for a few days and all the replacements disappeared when I loaded into the game today but I didn`t touched any game file at all.
