Getting All Achievements in One Run!
By AtlasDiesIrae
If you're a completionist going for all the achievements, it's actually pretty easy to miss a couple. This guide will help you avoid the most common mistakes people make going for all the achievements.

This Guide Seems a Bit Short!
If you're wondering why this guide isn't super long, it's because this guide isn't going to cover where the collectibles are. Luckily for us, there's already an existing excellent guide for that:
https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1900637864
What this guide is going to help you do is make sure you can snatch all the achievements in a single run with minimal backtracking.
At the Beginning
For the most part, you'll naturally collect almost all of the achievements through normal gameplay. As long as you're getting all the data from the enemies in the game, you should be well on your way.

You can start a save file on easy difficulty (or whatever difficulty you'd like). Ultimately, that's up to the player's preference. You are not required to beat the whole game on Disaster to get the related achievement.

Right at the very first level, you'll encounter your first memory shard pretty quickly behind the first Infected you meet in the game. DO NOT COLLECT THAT MEMORY! We'll come back for that at a future point since it's so easy to get.

Continue through the level as usual. At this point, you're pretty much home free to play through the rest of the game as usual until you reach the final boss.

Along the way, you can find 3 special Infected enemies that don't die when you rip their head off. They're in hidden rooms, so refer to the guide above to find them. These are the three you'll need to hit for the "Going Deeper" achievements.

One note: occasionally, you'll trigger a flashback sequence from an Infected or Inhabitant. Be aware that the flashback does not count as collecting it's memory. You'll need to do that after the flashback to get the related entry.
At the End
Yay, you made it through! At this point you just climbed the tower exterior and you're about to face off against the final boss. At this point you should have:
  • collected all data fragments from enemies
  • collected 29/30 memories
We should only have 29 since we skipped the very first one in 1-1. If your stats look like this, then you're doing perfectly.

For your first run through the boss, go ahead and do it on easy difficultly if you want. Once you beat her, you should get a slew of achievements for completing the game for the first time. At this point, you should have every achievement except:
  • Her Past
  • Initial Purpose
  • Normal/Adventure/Disaster Completion

At this point, go back into 1-1, and collect that very first memory shard we skipped the first time around. Once you get it, you should unlock Her Past. Afterwards, jump to the very final level and prepare to face off against the boss one final time.

Make sure you crank that difficulty all the way up to Disaster this time before heading into the level. This time, after you beat her, you'll get the Initial Purpose achievement as well as all difficulty level completion achievements since those stack on higher difficulties.

Congrats on getting all the achievements!

Well I need a screenshot anyway, because I didn't started yet and just wanna know what I hate to miss and what I have to take and what exactly memory is

@Serge, it doesn't matter which one you miss. You just need to miss at least 1 somewhere. I recommend the first one because it's the easiest to go back and get, but any Memory will suffice.

I found another guide here in stream with screenshots but I still don't know which memory I should ignore. Can you help me, man?:<

hey you could leave screenshot of this first memory for newbies like me, so I could know which memory I should take at the end...
btw how take difficulty achievments in this game? I mean I just have to finish lvl on every difficulty or I should just change it few times?

Alright! Thanks for the quick reply and the clarification. That makes sense.

Been following your guide to the tee and it works wonderfully.

@Zhivagoo. You get a different ending with all shards. Since you can't "uncollect" a shard, you want to get the "incomplete" ending first, then go back and get the last shard and get the "complete" ending.

There's no particular reason it has to be the shard in 1-1; you can get the "incomplete" ending so long as you're missing at least 1 shard. It's just that the 1-1 shard is the easiest one to go back and get

Thanks for this great guide.
Why the thing with the 29 memory shards though? And then again collecting the 30th?

Thanks i just figured it out myself!

@Elfabetical are you sure you're reading the minds of the Infected creatures? There's only 3 of them in the whole game and they're not the common enemies you normally find. All 3 are in relatively hidden rooms.
