Kosmaj Monument

Opis
The central monument at the spomenik complex at Kosmaj Mountain, Serbia commemorates the Partisan regiment from the Kosmaj area and Sava region (Posavina).
Built in 1971 in memory of those that fought against the Nazis and Serbian fifth column units in the National Liberation War / World War 2.
The design was chosen as the winning solution in an all-Yugoslav anonymous public competition in 1969. The authors, sculptor Vojan Stojić (b. 1921, d. 2001) and architect Gradimir Medaković, created an abstract sculptural-architectural composition - a monument standing at around 30 mtrs tall it's clean lines are meant to symbolise the glory of the struggle for freedom and the heroic past of Kosmaj's Partisan movement.
According to the authors, it expresses coming together, a unity, and suddenly a forceful expansion, striving upwards and in every direction; radiance and momentous action. The dramatic and dynamic character of the composition is derived from five three-pointed concrete blocks in the shape of a lighting spark, symbolically representing the beginning of the struggle for freedom. There is a carved granite plaque reading: Kosmajci, Posavci, Beograjčani, Smederovci, Moravci, Jaseničani, Mladenovčani. (The people of Kosmaj, Posavina, Belgrade, Smederevo, Pomoravlje, Jasenica, Mladenovac.)
On cloudless nights, when street lighting was not yet as intense, the monument used to be visible from certain parts of Belgrade. Unfortunately, it is still unrecognised as cultural heritage and is, like numerous Partisan monuments in the territory of Serbia, abandoned.

Updates will be coming soon but please be patient as I have a lot of mods and not a lot of spare time to do them all

Does this have a loyalty effect. It looks great, but I have no room left for non-functional mods. Takes the game half an hour to load already, I have so many.

I hadn't particularly planned on either of those but I'll add them into my folder, I have pictures of quite a few monuments that I plan to make at some point

Sorry, my sense of humour went bad. Lemme try again.
Have you considered making the core sculptures at the Tjentište and Kadinjača memorials?

"Unfortunately, it is still unrecognised as cultural heritage and is, like numerous Partisan monuments in the territory of Serbia, abandoned"

Well, very best reason to recognise them in THIS world here... and: This is also not only a serbian weakness! Great!

Haha, thanks. It should have lighting too but the lights aren't working on monuments at the moment. I am going to ask about it

For my remark on the pedestrian path: it is because I like when my Republic builds its monuments and statues.

I really like this one, it's a very nice job. Thank you.
