Nothing too fancy. Just a simple explanation of the guns' stats and how each one works.

Intro
Note: Some of the weapon names in this guide are not official, as the weapon names are not usually found in-game. I just chose names I thought were fitting.

Damage: Graded from Very Low to Very High, usually based on time to kill medium sized enemies (without upgrades).
  • Very Low: Requires 3+ shots to kill medium enemies.
  • Low: Requires 3 shots to kill medium enemies.
  • Medium: Requires 2 shots to kill medium enemies
  • High: Requires 1 shot to kill medium enemies
  • Very High: Can even kill some strong enemies with 1 shot without upgrades.

Range: Graded from Very Low to Very High. I based this off of the distance the weapons' projectiles/bullets travel before they 'disappear' and become ineffective or the game displays the "Too Far" text. I did NOT base this figure on the range of the auto-aim, though in many cases the distances are the same.
PISTOL

Goll's default weapon, and the weakest, most basic gun in the game.
Damage: Low
Range: Low
Fire Rate: 1 per half-beat
Clip Size: 8
Reload Mechanic: 2 clicks to reload.
REVOLVER

Freyr's default weapon. Stronger than the basic pistol, but takes much longer for a full reload.
Damage: Medium
Range: Medium
Fire Rate: 1 per half-beat
Clip Size: 6
Reload Mechanic: 1 click opens the cylinder, each bullet must be loaded individually. Minimum of 7 clicks for a full reload with no clip size upgrades.
SUBMACHINE GUN

Burst fire SMG with low damage per shot, but high fire rate and capacity.
Damage: Very Low
Range: Low
Fire Rate: 3 per half-beat
Clip Size: 21
Reload Mechanic: 2 clicks to reload
SHOTGUN PISTOL

Hildr's default weapon. Semi automatic shotgun. Has some decent range but does more damage up close, the more pellets hit the target, so I've listed it at "Low" range.
Damage: Medium
Range: Low
Fire Rate: 1 per half-beat
Clip Size: 4
Reload Mechanic: 3 clicks to reload.
PUMP-ACTION SHOTGUN

Every other shot will pump the shotgun rather than fire a round. As with the other shotguns, deals more damage the more pellets hit.
Damage: High
Range: Low
Fire Rate: 1 per beat (if pumped in the half-beat between shots)
Clip Size: 6
Reload Mechanic: 3 clicks to reload
DOUBLE-BARREL SHOTGUN

Odr's default weapon. Technically has the same range as the other shotguns, but has a much higher spread and most effective at point-blank, so I've listed it as "Very Low" range.
Damage: Very High
Range: Very Low
Fire Rate: 1 per half-beat
Clip Size: 2
Reload Mechanic: 2 clicks to reload
MAGIC

Njord's default (and only) weapon. Not accessible to the other Valkyries.
Damage: Low
Range: Very High
Fire Rate: 1 per half-beat
Clip Size: Infinite
Reload: None
QUAD REVOLVER

A quad barrel revolver. Has a smaller capacity than the basic revolver and less range, but more powerful and doesn't need to be reloaded one bullet at a time.
Damage: High
Range: Short
Fire Rate: 1 per half-beat
Clip Size: 4
Reload Mechanic: 3 clicks to reload
LEVER-ACTION RIFLE

Long-range weapon. Functions similarly to the pump action shotgun, in that the lever must be worked between shots, and reloads in a manner similar to the Revolver.
Damage: Medium
Range: High
Fire Rate: 1 per beat (if lever is worked in the half-beat between shots)
Clip Size: 6
Reload Mechanic: 1 click prepares the gun for reloading. Each bullet must be loaded individually. Minimum of 7 clicks for a full reload with no clip size upgrades.
CHAINGUN

Fully automatic, fire rate increases the longer the trigger is held. Automatically times itself to the beat, you coward.
Damage: Low
Range: Medium
Fire Rate: Increases incrementally. Starts at 1 shot per beat but quickly ramps up.
Clip Size: 30
Reload Mechanic: 3 clicks to reload.
GRENADE LAUNCHER

Fires grenades with a slight arc. Grenades explode a half-beat after they're fired.
Damage: Very High
Range: Low
Fire Rate: 1 per beat
Clip Size: 6
Reload Mechanic: 3 clicks to reload.
ROCKET LAUNCHER

Launches projectiles that explode on impact with surface or enemies, dealing splash damage. Rockets will home in on nearby targets marked by auto-aim. Reloads similarly to the revolver. Can be used to rocket jump.
Damage: High
Range: Very High
Fire Rate: 1 per beat
Clip Size: 6
Reload Mechanic: 1 click prepares the gun for reloading. At this point each rocket must be loaded individually by clicking the reload key again. Minimum of 7 clicks for a full reload with no clip size upgrades.
GAUSS CANNON

High powered, accurate cannon with (as far as I can tell) unlimited range. Note: The projectiles appear to explode on impact with an enemy, but the explosion doesn't do any actual damage to nearby enemies.
Damage: Very High
Range: Very High
Fire Rate: 1 per beat
Clip Size: 3
Reload Mechanic: 3 clicks to reload
ENERGY MAGNUM

Strong, but has a delayed shot. Will fire 1 beat after trigger is pulled.
Damage: Very High
Range: Very High
Fire Rate: 1 every two beats (due to the delayed firing mechanism).
Clip Size: Infinite
Reload Mechanic: None
PLASMA LAUNCHER

Similar to the rocket launcher, but with infinite ammo and can't home in on targets. Can be used to rocket jump.
Damage: High
Range: Very High
Fire Rate: 1 per beat
Clip Size: Infinite
Reload Mechanic: None
RAYGUN

Rare, highly powerful weapon.
Damage: Very High
Range: Very High
Fire Rate: 1 per half beat
Clip Size: Infinite
Reload Mechanic: None, but can overheat if fired too rapidly (signified by the small light on the side of the gun becoming brighter and brighter, until it turns Red). Overheat lasts 2 and a half beats.
BOLTCASTER

Added in Patch #1. Has a half-beat firing delay. Fires projectiles that detonate after 1 beat. Explosions are very, very small, but do an insane amount of damage and have a great amount of force, excellent for rocket jumping. Fantastic for killing bosses, but not great at clearing rooms.
  • Damage: Very High
  • Range: Very High
  • Fire Rate: 1 per beat (due to delayed firing mechanism)
  • Clip Size: 1
  • Reload Mechanic: 2 clicks to reload by default. With Clip Size upgrades, each projectile must be loaded individually, similar to the rocket launcher or revolver.

You forgot about the Auto Shotgun which is like the Pump Action except it shoots two burst shots instead of 1, every other shot pumps like the Pump Action

This is true, I have not played the game since Patch #1 and it is out of date :(

This is badly out of date. No garand

The Dev's need to fix the buggy Boltcaster, I love using this tool of destruction, but it's TERRIBLE against Guardians, doesn't work half the time.

I feel like the energy magnum has a weir offset to its firing delay, is it really only one beat? I lose my flow every time I fire it more than a few times in a row but its damage is undeniably worth it.

Wait nevermind Run starts with random weapons I'm dumb

Two more small things of note: firstly, any weapon that only requires you to click once per beat for full fire rate (EG Energy Magnum, Rocket Launcher, Boltcaster, etc) allows you to weave abilities in between your shots. This is extra useful for Projectile Spray, since it cools down so fast that you can just alternate and never let up. Also good for Shield because with the Boltcaster and Energy Magnum, you can shoot and use your ability at the same time because of the delay. Secondly, Energy Magnum is the default weapon of Run, which you didn't mention.

You forgot two: Firstly, the Bolt-Action Rifle, default weapon of Herfjotur. Similar to the Lever-Action but has a three-step full-clip reload. Honestly the Lever-Action is a straight downgrade from it so the lever could really use a buff. Secondly, the Battle Rifle, default weapon of Skuld. It's literally an M1 Garand. Fires on the half-beat, takes only 1 click for a full reload, and does decent (though not amazing) damage at good range.

ah so you haven't found the golden gun yet. the devs have a golden starter pistol that does massive damage, i've only ever gotten it twice whilst using Run. this is mainly because in order to spawn it you need to spawn every weapon in the run for it to usually show or the percentage is very low. best way ive seen is with the coodown shield and/or the cast ultimate shield and the chest ultimate
