Thanks mate, took practice. I'm not sure if I could improve on it.
Doesn't use a single pump.
Tested 16 Coal Generators and 6 Water Extractors using this design at around 95% power draw, worked flawlessly for 20 minutes straight.

WOW, i feel like I failed at power production, mine is a mess compared to that beauty!
