A general guide for CS:GO knife skins

Introduction

This is a general guide and tier list for CS:GO knife cosmetics.
This list is in no way accurate, and is made to serve as a general guide.

Knife Tierlist

Notes:
- A & S tiers are the creme of the crop, you can't go wrong with those.
- B tier knives are high tier knives, a bit less popular than tiers above it.
- C tier has mixed sentiments from the community, but contain interesting skins nonetheless.
- D tier contain the least popular knives.
- At the end these are all cosmetics and you should go with what you like.

Finishes Tierlist

Notes:
- Matte finishes like the crimson web and ultraviolet show wear more than other types of finishes.
- Pattern based finishes like the case hardened and dopplers vary greatly in desirability and looks, none created equal so be sure to look it up.
- D tier finishes are to be avoided if possible, unless you really like the look of any of them of course.
- This tierlist especially is just a general guide based on my opinion, and is in no way accurate, so be sure to do a bit of research before picking up any skin.

The only reason I didn't place the crimson web on S back then was the fact that it was sensitive to float with high floats looking scuffed, but I do get that good float crimson web is definitely S tier.

Just updated the guide, moved stiletto 1 rank up due to the surge in its popularity thanks to several pro players, ursus now upgraded B tier for it's rarity and it's unique animations, and Bayonete is now the same tier as the M9.

The M9 was slightly more popular than the bayonet that's why I had them in different tiers, but now that you mention that I think you are right, I appreciate your input

bayonet is generally very popular, in fact probably more popular than skeleton knives (at least ownership wise, skeleton knives are a lot more expensive) the rest is pretty accurate
