How to crouch

I suppose you can consider this a sequel to my 'How To Jump' guide that a made a little while back.
I have made the choice to continue this series (this being the second part) after a few requests for it.

Basic Crouch

This form of crouching is quite simple, however is a delicate process that requires a decent amount of attention.

We will begin by doing one simple movement.
Look for the 'control' key on your keyboard. (on most keyboards it has the letters 'CTRL' on the top)
Take your finger and press the 'control' key, now you are crouching!



NOTE: In some cases the 'control' key may need to be held down.

Moving While Crouched

Moving while crouched is definitely a step up from your standard crouch and will require a lot more focus and attention.

We will start by repeating the steps from section 1. (Basic Crouch)
Now that you are in your basic crouch position you can press the 'w' 'a' 's' or 'd' key (all marked with a 'w' 'a' 's' 'd' on top)
And you will begin walking while crouched.

Walking, Crouching, AND! Jumping.

Alright. You've made it this far, this last part is most likely going to be heavily draining on your energy and you may fail once or twice.


Begin by walking, (detailed more in the guide that inspired me how to make this guide you see now and my 'how to jump' guide. The guide that inspired me was titled 'how to walk')
Now that you're walking you will jump (more detailed in my guide 'How To Jump') now that you're in mid air quickly press control while repeating steps one and two of this section.

If done right you will have done a crouch jump, now you will be ready to play the best crouching of your life.

NOTE: In some cases the 'control' key may need to be held down.
