My eyes sometimes try to find absent things while playing Doom Eternal.
I had one analysis guide. With that I Could make another guide before the DLC comes out.
Didn't saw anybody done it, so here I am again one more time.

If anyone from the developer team is reading these, please make sure to open talk to the team about adding these; removed visuals, mechanics, etc. from trailers as toggleable selections from the options menu for example:
  • Glory Kill Highlight
  • Classic Weapon Pose
  • Classic Weapons Sound pack
  • Slayer Pain Grunts
  • Render modes
We also have built-in in-game UI color changer HUD options Shouldn't be a problem.
Cut Encounter Cutscenes can also be applied to Replays or Master levels.

I Did not give the all exact removals from between Game and Trailers.
Most things that I will mention as changed are not shown between Trailers, changes can be seen on the Final product. so many things like the Eye Glow of Arachnatron is absent on games Release.
Other nonrelated Trailers
From up this point and now on these trailers won't show any noteworthy changes or removals from the release of the game some of these show different enemy placements in other maps and that's it.

New find at "Battlemode Overview" 3:43
turret mode featured default stock versions "dual cooling stick - magnet rotation" mechanisim
for some time. never payed attention to it.

Welp not all guides need to be guide players about gameplay or tips and exploits about it.
for example we can use guides for story related topics, updates (or changes for those who didn't catched stuff or got interest to look about it which i did) etc so on and so forth.
İts easy to make guick guide posting some links to someonelse's work or just straight use one sentences like

This guide is useful for pro doom fans who followed development period from day one and beyond.
and those that not satisfied with changes on the finished product, like those that liked 2016 more and felt like eternal is letdown from 2016. i can line up more things but you get the idea.:Archvile:

it looks tike that added additional new textures and tweaked shaders after the release, to give it more ground up look. (3:55 on E3 Showcase) good find Hayyan

I think they also changed the rad suit from the e3 showcase to a less cartoony one

the prowler glory kill didnt change its just a different one wich is still in the game.
