if u ask for this gesture, after beat the fire monster with onion knight, talk t him, u will get the toast. back to fire keeper and toast to her, when u toast theres no respond, but she ll turn around after the toast.

this is the gesture the firekeeper does when you toast to her with Siegwards gesture and it is unobtainable for the player by normal means. So yes, this is most liekly modded
