Ah, it was a small mistake on my part. I've re-rendered and uploaded the video with a fixed loop. Should be fine now!

Hey, I really like this wallpaper except for the short flash when the loop starts over again. (it happens everytime right before the car passes the large traffic signs) Unfortunately this is really annoying and distracting right now and I was wondering if you could fix this issue?
