Also FYI you can't pass succession laws if you don't have high crown authority and if you have a powerful vassal that don't like you.

@JV-of-the-Dell There is an interplay between religious doctrine and cultural tradition when it comes to gender laws. For example Equal inheritance will let you pass equal gender law even if your religious view is male dominated. But it will not allow you to pass Female Preference or Female Only if you have male dominated religion even if you have a cultural tradition that enbales it.

@JV-of-the-Dell They do, I just tested them now.

@Kode Just adding the trait itself will not work.

Hi, question, is the health trait to make a charecter pregnant working? It seems to just stay stuck on 1 month no matter what?

The odd thing is... the cultural traditions that modify what type of Men-at-Arms you are allowed DO influence the game, as does the Shieldmaiden ones. I wanted to try checking the Nudist one as well, but that one does not appear to be showing in the editor menu (Though I may just be blind there, lol).

However, Visigothic Codes and Warrior Queens also fail to fire, so I think something in the mod is just messing up when it comes to registering/overriding religions. I have played around with modding cultures myself in the past and have never seen issues with these before.

I have a strange issue where adding cultural traditions through the culture editor does not seem to register properly in the game for the purpose of allowing succession law changes and for the purposes of number of spouses.

Specifically, the "Equal Inheritance" and "Matriarchal" traditions do not allow changing of succession laws and do not seem to be firing at all.

Similarly, adding "Monogamous" when playing with a religion allowing concubines does not override this. I think this is a mod-specific issue as I have not seen bug reports about this. Is this something fixable?
