The House of Horrors & Tyranus Spawn BUG FIX

Description
If you can't start the quest about te abandoned house because there isn't anywhere tyranus you can use this mod to fix it.
Instruction: Go to Markarth, near the abandoned house... save, exit, check the mod so load Skyrim with this mod activated. Load the savegame and TADAAA, go in front of Tyranus and he will talk to you... accept to help him and start the quest! After the quest started, save exit and uncheck this mod so load Skyrim without this mod and finish the quest. Have fun!

I was having the same problem with Tyranus he would spawn but not start the quest so I used the Console command "setstage DA10 10" and he just walked right in to the House (saved the game standing next to him).....Wiki's are such a help!

actually, it does work, even with 1.9, but there are circumstances that can prevent it from working. In my case, it didn't work the first time i tried it, but it turns out that I had an unresponsive Vigilant Tryanus hanging out in the bar, so i disabled him from console, poof, goodbye, then loaded this mod, and it spawned Tryanus again and the quest worked as described
