Summary
The Mirror Stance ability allows you to steal certain abilities that strike your character while the stance is active, some of which are not obtainable otherwise. However, depending on your actions and progress, you may have lost access to the enemies which use these powers by the time you've gained the mirror mage power set. This guide provides a list of powers that should be prioritized if one is going for maximum completion.

This guide does not include other steal-exclusive powers from repeatable encounters, nor abilities granted by tomes or equipped items.
List
Overbear - Recharge 5, Melee
"You make a weapon attack with +50 Attack Power, targeting Physical Resistance instead of Evasion. On a hit, the target is knocked prone."

Learned from the Cultist Reaver miniboss in Getting Into the Closet, Gerik in the first combat encounter of Right of Conquest, and Demon's Shadow, from the bridge encounter leading into the Winter City. Of these, the former two are non-repeatable and the last is repeatable only until the questline of the Winter City is complete.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Quake - Recharge 3, Melee
"Conjure forth a pair of stone fists to slam the ground, dealing 15 + Attack Power(%) Crushing damage to all non-flying enemies and knocking the primary target prone."

Learned from the Custist Reaver miniboss in Getting Into the Closet, Artificer Kazuo in the kitsune den, and the Stone Elemental which accompanies the Lupine Summoner in the Foothills. The first two are non-repeatable, while the last becomes unavailable after recruiting Berwyn.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Magic Missile - At-Will, Multi, Spell
"You launch several magic missiles at a target, dealing 15 + Spellpower(%) base penetrating damage. The more times you use this power in succession, the more its damage ramps up, to a maximum of (15 + Spellpower(%)) * 5 on the 5th and further uses."

Used by the Kitsune Enchantress in the Frostwood, who becomes non-hostile if the Champion is a kitsune.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Banshee Wail - At-Will
"You unleash a horrifying wail, making a Presence-based attack against all enemies' Mental Resistance. Targets hit take 10* Resolve Damage and are Terrified for a turn."
*Note: damage is non-scaling.

Learned from the Banshee Synneva in the crypts of the Winter City. Non-repeatable.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Driving Shot - Recharge 2, Ranged, Weapon
"You feather your foe with single-minded focus, Sundering armor for a turn. If the target's armor is already Sundered, you gain a +200 Attack Power bonus"

Learned from Atheldred in the crypts of the Winter City. Non-repeatable.

Note: Driving Thrust, the melee version of this skill, is now available from a tome in the crypts of the Winter City.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Power Wave - Recharge 1, Melee, Weapon, Spell
"You swing your weapon through the air, creating a shockwave of energy that adds (25 * (1 + (Spellpower / 100))) Storm damage to your attack. This power is considered a ranged attack for the purpose of hitting flying enemies, triggering ripostes, and so forth."

Used by Nakano in the kitsune den and the Kitsune Spellblade. The former is non-repeatable and the latter becomes non-hostile if the Champion is a kitsune.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Holy Shock - Recharge 1, Melee, Weapon, Spell

"You swing your weapon through the air, creating a shockwave of energy that adds (25 * (1 + (Spellpower / 100))) Holy damage to your attack. This power is considered a ranged attack for the purpose of hitting flying enemies, triggering ripostes, and so forth."

Used by Arona while equipped with her Spirit Totem set, unlocked via a quest which starts after clearing a "spooky" dungeon with her in the party (winter city crypts, fort marrok, glacial rift blacksmith). While companion skills generally cannot be used against the player to be stolen, it's possible to acquire this power by allowing Arona to be copied by the Lureling boss at the end of the glacial rift questline, then stealing from the copy. Be aware that picking up the warding circlets prior to the boss will seal his copy ability and lock you out of this power.

Both Holy Shock and Power Wave are very good skills to use, since few enemies are resistant to either shock or holy damage, and none them resist both. Equipping both skills allows you to alternate between them without ever needing to use your basic attack again, which is further enhanced by using a damage-boosting stance in your at-will slot like Charge Weapon.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Lunge - Recharge 3, Melee, Weapon
"You strike with such might that your weapon completely ignores the target's armor and gains +300 Attack Power. Hits leave armor Sundered for 3 rounds."
Double Attack - At-Will, Melee, Weapon
"You swing twice with your melee weapon, attacking the same target in quick succession."
Dragon's Breath - Encounter, Spell
"You breath deep, channeling your draconic power into a mighty burst of flames! All enemies on the field take 80 + Spellpower(%) Fire damage, or half as much on a miss."

These three powers are used by Kasyrra during her combat encounter in the Winter City, should you choose the "Pick Fight" option. Several methods of autorevive are mandatory since she vastly outlevels the Champion and all of her attacks are likely to be one-hit kills. The likelihood of learning more than one power is almost entirely determined by luck and your ability to survive fatal blows. For this reason, stacking Initiative and employing the Fighter class ultimate Unbreakable are strongly recommended. The Senninbari in particular is recommended, since its activation does not break Mirror Stance.
As these powers require a minimum character level of 8-10 to equip, they currently exist purely for bragging rights.

There's currently a Wiki Page with Stealable Spells, for anyone who needs it: https://wiki.smutosaur.us/CoC2/Stealable_Powers_By_Location

Before Fighting Alraune, If you use Mirror Stance in the beginning, you can learn something called, "Marked for Death" from one of the pollinator enemies

how useful/strong are these attacks and would you recommend picking warrior/thief etc. to make any of them stronger?

I see you commented how to get Mirror Stance in the comments, but could you also put it in the Overview for people who aren't familiar with the game? I missed Mirror Stance entirely my first playthrough because I didn't fight the Jotun hoping I could find a way to pass her peacefully (I did not find the information so I never found the camp and thus never found the conclave)

Power Wave can be learned from the Kitsune Spellblade in the Frostwood multi-kitsune encounter. They become non-hostile if the Champion is a kitsune.

The Warrior Ultimate, Unbreakable, might also give you a few extra chances to sponge up more of Kasyrra's moves, assuming you didn't use the Champ's ult inside the palace that is.

Mirror Stance is learned from the Convocation of Mirrors event in the old forest, which starts when sleeping in the ruined campsite immediately after fighting the frost giant Sigrune. She's located on the topmost brach of the right-hand path through the woods.
You can get the powerset immediately by simply asking for it in dialogue, although getting the full ending is more involved. There's another guide posted here that covers that aspect.

0.3.13 is a backer patch, so I'll leave this as-is until the steam version is updated with that content.
