In terms of graphical settings in game, I have all the settings on maximum (not using depth of field though). The screenshots are 1440p (2560x1440) resolution.
Make sure you're giving the traffic enough time to start spawning as with this map the connection does not run through the map (i.e. connect at 2 different points to spawn intercity traffic, instead it's a single connection only) and thus it might take a longer while to see cars coming in. If the issue persists, I unfortunately have no further tips to give you for troubleshooting. Hopefully the issue resolves itself!
