Talos for Regular People

Description
The average everyday citizen of Skyrim has no use for Talos or his blessings. This mod however aims to change that:

- changes the default amulet to make weapons swing faster
- retains the shout amulet, renamed "Talisman of Talos"
- adds new "Charm of Talos" that increases sprint speed
- Heimskr in Whiterun carries the "Boots of the Apostle", believed to be a lost artifact of Talos and allows waterwalking
- shrines of Talos in cities have an offering box which contains leveled loot and all three Talos necklaces
- eleven outdoor Shrines of Talos now have unique map markers
- adds Talismans of Talos to priests and priestesses of Talos

All the effects only minimally increase values, as I didn't want it to be overpowered. If you think the increase is not worth using up the equipment slot, give the gear to followers instead to give them a boost.

It is not. So far I have not put any of my mods on the Skyrim Nexus

@eightdivines, The Charm of Talos increases sprint speed, not jogging speed. I will update the description to properly indicate the effect. Unfortunately I will not be able to fix this mod in the future, but the issues you have may come from conflicts 'Talos for Regular People' has with other mods. As you can see from the screenshots, water-walking works in my game, and the priests and priestesses still have clothes. Thank you for bringing these issues to my attention.

Oh, and the Charm of Talos(run 50% faster) don't do anything as far as I can notice. And the Boots of the Apostle(water-walking) does not make me walk on water.

After I subscribed to this mod, The Preacher in Whiterun(I forgot his name) and the female Talos Priest in Riften(I forgot her name, also) had their clothes unequipped. Haven't checked on the others, yet, but I have a feeling they'll have their clothes unequipped as well. Has anyone else experienced this? Or is it just me?

make the weapon swing percentage disenchantable? or maybe give the amulet a better swing rate like 25-30%. i can barely see the difference with a 10% increase

UM..the Charm of Talos isn't working. I don't run faster with/without armor. Unless you mean the sprint is faster?
