I'm not the original author, but @gokoururi and me (partly) fixed this mutator for 1065.

This mut only works in listen server!

Usage
As the name suggests, this mut allows game to perform the calculation of hitscan locally on client machine, which means you could headshot a zed under high latency without feeling any latency at all and without worrying if the zeds' location might be a little bit different between client and server. It's all performed locally.

Warning
However, in order to implement this feature, this mut has to replace all hitscan based weapons (such as AK47 or desert eagle) and zeds classes, so I'm afraid that it is literally incompatible with most muts that you have seen.

Whats more, this mut is still under development, so if you encounter any bug, pls let me know.

This is certainly interesting. Although might be more useful if this can be done on dedicated server.
