The Complete Guide to Tokens in Papers, Please

This is my complete guide to collecting all of the Tokens in Papers, Please. I have made a video on how to get each token individually, so that the rest of the community can get the much desired tokens. Enjoy!

Thanks for taking the time to read this guide. Before you begin, I would like to point out a few important notes.

1. All Information has been sourced from the 'Papers, Please' wiki and was tested personally by myself and/or friends.

2. I have tried to exclude spoilers where possible, however in chapter 7 (United Federation Token) there is one there revealing the intentions of the man.

3. Please take the time to rate this guide and if possible, my video guides that you will find embedded throughout the pages.

4. This is also my first steam game guide, please tell me what you thought where possible!

1. The Impor Token

To get the Impor token, you must approve a lady who has incorrect papers on day 4. She says that she is excited to see her son and that she hasn't seen him in a matter of years. Detect the discrepancy, and approve her passport anyway.

2. The Antegria Token

To get the Antegria token, you must approve a lady who has incorrect papers on day 5. The ladies husband is the entrant before her (he has correct papers) and he asks you to be kind to his wife. She has insufficient papers. Detect the discrepancy, and approve her passport anyway.

3. The Obristan Token

To get the Obristan token, you must approve Jorji Costava on or before day 11. Each time Jorji shows up, he has the incorrect papers except for on day 11. If you approve Jorji before day 11, you will get the token but a citation along with it. On day 11, he shows up with the right papers and you can get the token without getting a citation as well.

4. The Arstotzka Token

To get the Arstotzka token, you are to distribute the four buisness cards given to you on day 12 by Messof Anegovych to engineers. How do you know who to give it to? On the work permit of an entrant, if it says 'ENGINEERING', slip them a card. To get the token, distribute all the four cards by day 16, when you will meet with Messof Anegovych again. If you gave out all the cards, you will receive the token.

5. The Republia Token

To get the Republia token, a man named Danic Lorun only offers you his passport on day 21 but claims he will come back with the right papers soon after. He then gives you a 'fully digital' watch to compensate and asks you to approve him. If you do, he will return on day 23 with the right papers. Between this time, you will have two entrants who ask to buy it off of you. Decline the offers. When you meet with him again, give him the watch and he will give you a bribe. He will then say that there is a scratch in the watch and asks you to give the bribe back. If you comply he will go on to say that he lied and he will give you the bribe back along with the token.

In a complicated situation like this, it's best and easiest to do whatever he asks. Ex. 'Let me through'-Let him through, 'Give watch back'- Give the watch back, 'Give bribe back'-Do so'. You will get the token if you do what he asks and do not detain him.

6. The Kolechia Token

To get the Kolechia token, you have to give the love note you receive from entrant 5 on day 25, to the depressed seventh entrant that same day.

7. The United Federation Token

To get the United Federation token, do the following. On day 29 you will be approached by a man who gives you a photo of his daughter and says that she was killed by 'Simon Wens'. Wens is a wanted criminal who is also in the newspaper the next day. The man will ask you to take Simon Wens' passport but let him through anyway. The next day, Simon Wens will be an entrant. Do exactly as the man had asked. Take his passport, but let him through (a citation is unavoidable since he is a 'wanted criminal' in the newspaper). The man will appear later that day and ask you to give him Simon Wens' passport. Do so. He will give you the United Federation token. (Avoid a citation by taking Wens' passport back again).

Like the Republia Token, it is easiest to do whatever the man asks of you. Ex.'Let him through'-Let him through, ' Take Wens' passport'- Take his passport, 'Give the passport to him'-Do so'.

*SPOILERS*
The man will then say that he plans to kill Simon Wens and will thank you.
