Blessings of the Divines [English]

Description
IN-GAME CHEATSHEET. . . IN-GAME!

This mod places a book inside of a chest located on the second floor of the Riverwood Trader.
This book contains an in-character introduction and contains the most common console cheats within Skyrim.

The intention of this book was personal, at first; I only initially intended to help myself & my wife not have to leave the game to view the cheats as we were experiencing a mouse/cursor syncing issue (which was unbearable) whenever we would switch inbetween windows during the game.
However, I thought some other players might get a kick out of this, as well, especially the ones that might be experiencing similar issues with switching windows while in-game.

I fully intend to update the book regularly (at least every Wednesday [EST]), and to eventually finish the project with every console cheat & detailed instructions on how to use each one, as well as a troubleshooting book as a sequal which might help other players with any issues that might arise from using said cheats.

If you're going to cheat, at least do it right ;-)

Have fun, and stay golden!

p.s. This is my absolutely first attempt at modding.
So...be gentle?

NOTES:
This mod works with at least the latest version of Skyrim (PC).
NO DLC's required.
Not game-breaking in any way...unless you use Skyrim's built-in cheats improperly ;-)
The book "Prayers to the Gods: Dialects" is an additional book I will add into this mod when it is ready; It is a book with more detailed instructions on how to use some of the more advanced cheat commands.
In the meantime, you can go to:

OR
http://elderscrolls.wikia.com/wiki/Console_Commands_%28Skyrim%29

OR
http://www.gamefront.com/skyrim-pc-console-commands/

These are most of the resources I have used recently to learn more about how to operate the console.

Another problem with obtaining Shouts through the console is that if you use Dragon Souls to unlock the Shouts that are NOT in your game's language (i.e. unlocking anything that isn't written in English in the U.S. game) can often cause the game to crash.

Likewise, buying the Shouts that have no actual description (Like ones I've seen listed as "????????", with no description) will usually crash/freeze the game.

As always, the absolute best advice for playing Skyrim (especially when using the Cheat Console) is to SAVE OFTEN, AND IN MULTIPLE FILES.

Stay shiny ;-)

jessie_awsome,
There are many spells/shouts that will cause the game to crash if they are not unlocked through normal gameplay.
The only way I know of to avoid this is to activate or deactivate them one at a time until you can track down which ones are the problem. (That's what I did)

Normally, it is spells/shouts that are tied to a specific quest and/or objective.
So, the best advice I can give you on this matter is to leave those deactivated & only activate the other ones you want.

Aw, sweet! I haven't checked this in months so I was glad to see it updated recently. Also, I was wondering why I couldn't find it...

Thanks for the mod, I think I broke skyrim with plenty of console commands, you should make another book in the chest telling actor ids, so I can spawn enemies and make them fight, or fight them myself.

In case anyone was wondering...
When I am at home, I leave Steam open whether I'm using the computer or not in case I recieve any messages/comments.
That is how I usually answer so quickly ;-)

I like to stay connected...I also love all seeing all these postive comments about something I produced other than my two daughters ^.^
