曾经，我们设想了无数可能的文明形态。但当我们最终相遇，却发现文明之间竟如此相似。技术的发展抹平了生物个体间的差异，资本的增值约束着群体的行为，生命的本能又引导着社会发展的方向。最后的最后，在星海之间，仍然是我们早已厌倦的，意识形态的斗争......
或许，文明间的道路本就殊途同归。

新增内容：
1.全部公民性、政体加成强化，对思潮做出了重定义，并突出了特色；
2.强化了“同甘共苦”公民性和企业政府，并使他们之间互相敌视。现在你可以选择共产主义的海量行政命令多快好省大跃进或者资本主义的金钱攻势买买买了；
3.增加了人类（共产主义）和人类（资本主义）两大命名列表；
（单纯想要命名表的同志可以移步群星中的红与蓝MOD（笑）
4.将地球联合国修改为“地球社会主义联盟”（ESU），将人类联邦修改为“新人类联邦”（NHF），并增加了人类巨型企业“尤利西斯财团”（UC），三者皆为必定出现的人类国家。相关主线剧情正持续开发中......
5.新增了“人民铁幕”与“联合政府”公民性，体验更完善的文明形式！
6.调整银河共同体的开会速度，开会时间和休息时间均改为360天，相应的各种冷却时间也做了调整；
7.增强了盖亚世界、蜂巢世界和机器世界，并在机器世界上增加了合金区域化。
（9月12日更新）8.修改了“科学精神”和“无限期专利法案”两个法令，即使不是“技官治国”也能让研究员产生凝聚力
