"On an ancient Republic asteroid base dating back to the early days of the Old Republic, terrible experiments are being conducted by the order of the Chancellor himself on mysterious subjects. The large warp disturbance emanating from these subjects in the base are detected by a nearby Imperial Battlefleet, and landing craft are quickly dispatched to capture the base to find the source of the warp disturbance. Little do they know, their discovery will be far more terrifying than anyone could imagine...
