Здание городской Думы — памятник градостроительства и архитектуры в историческом центре Нижнего Новгорода. Построено в 1899—1904 годах.
В советское время здание было переименовано сначала в Дом Союзов, потом в Дворец труда. Сегодня принадлежит Нижегородскому областному суду

Nizhny Novgorod City Council

The building of the City Duma is a monument of urban planning and architecture in the historical center of Nizhny Novgorod. Built in 1899-1904.
In Soviet times, the building was first renamed the House of Unions, then the Palace of Labor. Today belongs to the Nizhny Novgorod Regional Court
