12 gears without clutching.
So you spawned the truck and you can't get into first gear without grinding it. Its impossible, you need the clutch for 1st gear. Now you want to shift from 1st to 2nd or 3rd to 4th or 5th to 6th or 7th to 8th or 9th to 10th to 11th to 12th gear. Well you just need to take your shifter and put it in neutral position. Let the rpms come down to (or up to) 1500 and put it in gear. Now that you've mastered that, lets see if you can downshift. So you want to go from 8th to 7th. You just put the shifter in neutral, run the rpms up to about 1800, and put it in the gear you desire. Now don't put it in to low or you'll blow her up. Goodluck!

To the dude with the H shifter, u need to map buttons for the selector and splitter. I just mapped it to my steering wheel. If u want it to be a sim, u can buy a truck simulator shifter knob to attach to your shifter setup.

This is awesome brother!! I hope people actually follow this and learn to float. And yea like odins said, double clutching is not ideal. Floating is so much more seamless, smooth, and easy on the trans. And yea i drive truck irl, i got an 18 spd pete.
