About the Building
This is a fictional high school based on a building in Downtown St. Paul, Minnesota located on 317 Washington St. The real building houses a restaurant, event center, and offices for the Minnesota Wild hockey team.

This on the other hand is an urban high school with a 300 student capacity. The workshop does not have a lot of early 1900's schools, and dudemeister and I decided it would be more useful as a High School, instead of a commercial or office building.

In-Game information
8x5 High School
Same stats as generic High School, but with student count at 300.

@Heidigrrrl, I don't know before it was Herbie's, but that is correct.

Didn't that used to be the old Minnesota Club? I know it's Herbie's on the Park now.

Nice, not a lot of small footprint urban schools so this is much needed

Looks nice and good call on setting it up as a high school, I think.

By the way, in case anyone was considering sending hamma a commish, here's an overview: great service, loads of interactivity and design input, grade A texturing, solid detail work, and above all else incredible speed. Asset was on the workshop within 48 hours of my request. Overall a great experience 10/10 would recommend.

This is great. I love early 1900, late 1800 hundred American stuff. I really wish there more elementary schools from this era.

Really nice buildings, have you considered making the James J. Hill house?

awesome to see some St Paul (especially an older school)! It'd be awesome to see some Summit Ave homes sometime :)
