Are you new?

If you are new to Unturned, or the the curated map Elver itself, like.. you literally have no idea what is going on about the hype on Elver, you wanna check the church because it was on the trailer. Bad news for you, you need to do a lot of things to get started on Elver. Do not worry about the quest! Because this is where you will be getting help from! Hah! Self-advertising! I'm so good at this!~ For starters, please check around the guide first.

Did you know?

-Danaby2 and Renaxon was playing Risk of Rain 2. He was going through some fantasy location names to ???. Then he just started googling the letter "e" followed by any letter to see what google would auto complete. Then he got to "el" and got completed to Elver which fit all the criteria he needed. Short name, easy to remember and universal in most languages!!

-If you fall on blue trashbags, your player won't receive fall damage!

-Renaxon is the one of the map creators for Dango, Canyon Arena,
California, France and Elver. He also killed Nelson.

-There are many things related to 2rgames

• Scrub City in Mall is related because 2rgames uses Scrub alot

-Only Epic and Legendary vehicles can be locked!

-High Caliber Guns can be heard twice as far as Regular Guns!

-NAZ is a type of currency in Elver only!

-There are multiple colored Military Light Sticks. Each one has it's own purpose!

• OPERATION MAPLE LEAF

-The Fishing Rod Mk.II allows you to catch not only fish but also high tier crafting materials.

-There are various Cultist Locations hidden around the City that have a high chance for weapons and good loot.

-The wallpapers at the mall actually has some meanings behind it!

• As all of you know the famous Doge!
  
• But also a reference to the album "Worlds" by Porter Robinson, as it features the purple hand, background and also has the text "Walter Robinson"
  
• Bace Rade is actually Base Raid! In Unturned PvP. We can raid other people's bases to steal their loot. Famously, P9nda is the best PVP in Unturned! He does alot of Base Raiding too!
  
• But the actual meaning is actually a reference to an old Unturned Youtuber back in 2016 called Zexer who did primarily base raids and could not spell. In one of his videos/thumbnails had "Bace Rade" written on it! it was basically a huge meme a while ago!

Story / Lore

So. You wanna know what happened? It all started wit- Wrong game.


Why Sacrificial Script? Why was everything floating?


There are multiple cultist around, it can be refer to as worshippers or saints.

We are required to do some specific task given by rainwright.
- The most important one is tearing down some missing posters.

At the ending of Elver, we can know that, time and space is wavering, it does not hold a shape,
If you pour water into a jug, it becomes the jug. If you pour water into a cup, it becomes the cup. - Bruce Lee.
In this case, the water refers to time and space, since there are no objects holding the water, it has now spilled everywhere. Time and Space is broken. So what does this mean?

The time and space affected the world itself, or the place named Elver. That is why you see everything was floating. Such as the place at Town.

Rainwright was part zombie, part human.

As the green ghost comes, he/she teleports us into the broken time and space, or should I say, took us back into the past. We did some puzzles here and there. If you can see outside the map, it was Washington. It was still being made. Of course, at the end of it. We see Nelson Sexton. He was making Washington. Then we got teleported back.

Big J, so who is Big J? He is probably once a map editor same with Nelson, a partner. We went through 4 portals, blue, purple, yellow, red. Every single portal was different from the other.
The boss at the end. Who was it? I'm really not sure but I think it is Nelson, a corrupted version. An alter ego?

This is what I assume, the cultist summon an alter ego form of Nelson Sexton. He was not in the game. The Alter Ego form of Nelson Sexton, we'll call as Alter Nelson (F/SN vibes). Alter Nelson is able to control the game itself too,

So erm.. Cultist. Floating Stuff. Time and Space. Worshipping.

This is just blindly my theory.

Cultist powers bleh blah. Got teleporters. Floating stuff. Managed to turn the zombies to humans but with the state of the body still a zombie same as Rainwright. The ghost is actually a spirit trap inside the dimensional space and time. We went back into time. Yeeted Nelson.

Keycard's

What are keycards use for?

Keycards are used for unlocking certain doors that can progress throughout the story and the game. Grant you new weapons and certain required items to make and continue the story or lore.

Types of Keycards

Green Keycard
-Unlocks entrance doors to deadzone so you can get inside and explore.

Blue Keycard
-Unlocks the shooting range. You can find Elver Guns more easily inside that room. Remember you can break glass. If you see a weapon behind glass gun display, break it and the weapon will drop out.

Red Keycard
-Unlocks the locker room. You can find THICC Military Armor more easily inside that room. Also, the name is literally THICC. Aight' Pokimane's simps get out.

Purple Keycard
-Unlocks the mining area. You can get Magenta Crystals and Green Crystal. There is only one large chunk of crystal. When you mine it. It will roughly give around 10-20 Magenta Crystals.
The Green Crystal will only spawn on a chair inside that room.

White Keycard
-Unlocks another large chunk Magenta Crystal area. Unlocks a mining area to get scrap metal. Also shortcuts to other places.

Black Keycard
-Unlocks a store room with attachments and guns. Also shortcuts to other places.

Green Keycard

You can find them in 4 places.
Junction 67, Prison (Underground), Demolition Site, [North to Junction 67 is a small bunker area]

Blue Keycard

Fisherman's Grove. Inside a trashcan between two benches. There's a rubbish bag blocking it.
Shoot it to destroy it.

Red Keycard 1

Dorms. Find the static television. Break the television and crawl under the table and to the balcony. Enter the room beside it. Beside a ranger's crate.

Red Keycard 2

Thanks A Table
Dorms. Find the room with Clock and a Laptop near each other. Go to the balcony. On the left you need to do some strafing. Just Shift(Run) + W(Move Forward) + Spacebar(Jump) and press D(Move Right) just a little so you won't get caught on the side-wall and back to A(Move Left) press it like you mean it. On a shelf near the door.

White Keycard

Northern Tunnel. You will hear a car beeping. Head towards it. On the ground.

Black Keycard

Helicopter Crash Site. To the WEST of the Northern Tunnel. Behind a crate front of the cockpit. If your positioning is correct, you can take it with a little distance. You can't crawl nor climb into the cockpit.

Purple Keycard

Southern Tunnel. Inside a violin case.

Teleporter Locations

Where can I find the Safezone and NPC's?!?

To get to the safezone, you will need to do a series of crafting and exploring in the map. If you follow the instructions given by me, it will be easy peasy.

In Elver Update #2. Most of the teleporter locations has been yeeted away

In the basement of the Gas Station. Insert Initial D Music Here

Town

Inside the floating house. Jump on the wheelcart. Break the wooden boards blocking the window. Walk through the window to the other side. Climb the ladder and do hardcore parkour!

Dorms

This door can only be unlocked when you destroyed all 4 posters in the Servant Quest.
The laundry back of the Cafe. One of the laundry thingy's has a ladder leading down to a Cultist's Base Area.

How to use the Teleporter

You need to craft a Sacrificial Scripture. The items to craft this can be found in the abandoned military train station underground / deadzone.

Huntsman 1

Kill 100 zombies at Nork Mall.
-If you see zombies. Kill. Only in Nork Mall.

Huntsman 2

Kill 150 zombies at Dorms or Train Station.
-Kill the zombies!!!! Haha guns go brrrrrrrrr.

Huntsman 3

Kill 250 zombies at Town, Prison or Deadzone.
-Is this the end..? Aww... I wanted to kill more zombies.. Boo-hoo!

Successfully complete 1 Horde Beacon in Ghost Valley.

-Make sure you have Medkits. Not dressings. Have alot of ammo.
-You can use Elver Horde Beacon or the default normal Horde Beacon.
-I would suggest using the Elver Horde Beacon, not the default Horde Beacon. You can get Thicc Military Armor and guns.

Summoner 2

Successfully complete 2 Horde Beacon in Ghost Valley.

-Yeah... what am I suppose to write here?

Summoner 3

Successfully complete 3 Horde Beacon in Ghost Valley.
-Third times the charm.

Collect all 6 colored Keycards.
-Gotta catch em' all!!

Servant Quest

Pick up the Badge in town, visit the floating house, dispose of the floating poster and then destroy all 4 wanted posters.
-The badge is floating below the floating house under a green light stick.How ironic.Pick up the badge. Go to the floating house and destroy the wanted poster to START the quest. There's 4 Wanted Posters in the Map. Find them and destroy them.

You can find the Truck near the Trainstation. Along the road right beside the trainstation there's a police checkpoint. A ladder heading towards the highway. Climb it. Truck spotted.

On top of the building. There's a stairway to the rooftop.

Train Station

Near the crashed car parking lot infront of the train station.

Mall

The middle of the mall where the Green Chunk Crystal is. The loading area for crates and stuff which is beside the mall.

Deadzone

On the upper area of the train station that has become a deadzone. Between the sits and the train.

The materials are needed from Elver. If you have Elver Assets but is playing another map such as Washington. You can't craft the Fish Sandwich legitmately but have to spawn it in as a cheat.
-Catch a fish. Make Raw Fish Meat. Cook the (Raw Fish Meat) to become (Cooked Fish Meat)
-Gather wheat (From NPC ---) to craft bread.
-Make fish sandwich using bread and cooked fish meat.

-It just means kill zombies when they are within the 5 meter range, if you don't know how much is a 5 meter range then let the zombie eat your face then you shoot them. Works every time!
-The Cultists at Dorms DOES NOT COUNT.

The teleporter is the one Big J is sitting on
After interacting with the green teleporter he is sitting on, you will then teleported to a church.
Go inside it and interact with the "mouth". At the end of the hallway of the church.
Behind the "mouth" will be a underground stairway to these teleporters:-
- Defeat the Horde represents the Red Portal.
- Escape the simulation represents the Purple Portal.
- Infiltrate the compound represent the Cyan Portal.
- Traverse the fourth dimension represents the Yellow Portal.

Read "Cyan and Purple" and "Red and Yellow" tabs before continuing. Spoilers Ahead.

House

-Go around the house from the right side, the door to the house will then be magically open, get the keys, after that, go back around the house again. This time, from the left side. Open the wooden gate.
Into the mysterious shack.

I'm lost.

-From here on out, you're on your own. I really can't explain what are the triggers for this illusion. Yes, there are "tripwires" that removes a certain area and adds in a new area. Think of it like LEGOs. Every single brick of LEGO is unique on it's own way, but when you build something like a Star Wars Death Star, it becomes spectacular, but there are some bricks that are a nuisance, so you take them out and replace it with something new. This is the illusion.
- Just explore the map, don't think about getting lost. Because everywhere is a lost maze.
- The Elevator works. You don't need to press anything. You just need to step inside the Elevator and go out. Boom. You are now on a mysterious floor. How fascinating is that?
- I'm really sorry. This is just too great. I've never seen anything like this in Unturned or in other games.

Place the item "Horde" inside the circle, because it looks cool.

What are Key's for?

Key's are for unlocking locked doors in some buildings at Dorms. These keys are not that important, but they are good for farming the same items without travelling the whole map. This is MAINLY for endgame in my opinion. I do not recommend first time joining the game and finding these key since it will waste a lot of time.

Each Key has a 3% spawn rate with only one location for each key.

Unregistered Quest 1

What does Unregistered Quest mean?
It means this quest has yet to be finish. It doesn't belong to a quest group since it isn't given by manually. It might be a story quest, a side-quest, a historic-changing quest about the map. Who knows? Not me.

The Missing Tank

The Missing Tank is NOT a quest whatsoever. It is just a vehicle you can get. It is located by Town.
The tank has a spawn rate as other vehicles and items. It will spawn on Multiplayer but you have to know if the tank spawning option on that specific server is DISABLED or ENABLED.

After you have completed all the quest

Finish all quest given by the current NPC's on the floating Island to have access to this specific event. Big J will also be available through this.
A green ghost will show up.

The missing key is next to Nelson's CPU. You will find the blind folded Big J. Take the teleporter near Big J to get back to the Safezone.

After saving Big J. You will be given a Rainbow J buildable. If you head towards Big Js J's shop in the mall. You will find a note near the Rainbow J saying "Thank you".

Not sure if this is anything big.. but there is a letter G inside that trash bin while next to the Big Js J's shop. What does it mean? A nemesis from the name letter G? Who knows? Not me.
