Updated to latest version (no actual code change just wanted to get rid of the version error message)

this should be a part of Vanilla as far as im concerned...8 Ascension slots is too restricting.....if im the darn crisis...i should be able to build all the mega structures!

It should work as its a very simple mod but if you have other mods that change the number of ascension perk slots or are swapping from another mod that changed them to this one mid game I can't guarantee it will work correctly. But let me know if you run into any problems and ill check it out.
