VCO 2 - Instant Victory Submod (Cheat/Easy Achievements)

Some times you are just tired of farming achievements. This mod brings them to you. It is a clear cheat so use it knowing what it does. Obviously, it is not compatible with other victory conditions submods or modded faction, as it does not make sense at all.

You start a campaign. You win. Nice.
